Is it really worth it to get? Also, is it like traditional radio where reception is limited to what stations broadcast near you? I'm from a small town so I don't know if I should invest in it or not.

yes it is the same as a traditional radio except the added digital stations.... its not like xm

That's what I figured, looks like I can use that money for other mods now. =)

Sirius/XM satellite radio is the way to go. I have it and will not listen to traditional radio anymore. Its about 15 bucks a month and has every type of music and talk radio you can think of commercial free. I'm in my work truck 6 to 8 hrs a day so its a essential to my sanity. If you need more info or advice let me know.
