This has been my money pit for the last few years. I still have it and plan to still mod it and make it faster. It has just gotten to a point where I needed another reliable source of transportation which is where the Xterra comes in. Anywho, this is my 2000 Mitsubishi Eclipse. I have built the entire turbo setup my self on the vehicle. This is actually the second set up. My first set up with with a smaller turbo (16g) and I made 300whp and right under 330wtq on 15psi. The new set up is a 60 trim and has still yet to be tuned. Im hoping for around 350whp on 15psi. That is probably pushing the limits of the stock 108,000 mile block. I have already destroyed a few transmissions. I figure the motor will be next to go. On with the pictures!

Looks great I don't prefer that year but it looks sweet. I like the 95's myself. Also is that the 4cyl that I see? If so that's a lot of hp for it. Lol

looks great my i had 2 eclipse' before traded in the last one for the x. i had a black 00 black rs then i totalled that and bought an red 03 spyder gs. after i wrecked that one i decided it was time to get rid of it

I mean this with no disrespect. only because i came from the DSM crowed before i bought my vette.
But if you like the performance you're getting out of your 3g (which is the overall one of the worst performing DSM's ever), get an Evo8/9. You'll never look back.
an evo 8 from 03 on will make the same or more power that you're making now with simple bolt ons. Plus you get AWD, a back seat, a trunk, and sick handling.
Just some food for thought before you keep investing into your car.
Otherwise. that car has to be lots of fun on the highway.

3G's were never a "DSM". DSM ended after the 2G eclipse. I understand the 3G is probably the worst performing eclipse ever, but thats what I like. I like starting with nothing and making it something. Nlo one ever thinks the 3G is going to be fast so I have fun with it. I know it will never be as fast as a dsm or evo would be for the same amount of money but i dont really care. I have beaten my fair share of evo and dsm's anyway
