: Would a 98 to 01 frontier grille fit an 2000 Xterra? KUMA 10-15-2008, 03:05 PM Dumb question but I am wondering I think the difference in the frontier grille and the xterra grille is that the chrome piece and the underpart piece that is painted is two seperate pieces where as xterra its all one. First I would sand the whole thing down remove the middle section containing the nissan emblem and cut out the little fins on the side sections so it would give me 3 open spots and I would obviously get a good mesh grill in black or silver to go behind. I would re-paint the chrome either gray or black depending. And the inside I would either paint to match the body of my truck or painted black. Basically I want to give a bit of a new look to my grille.
