can anyone tell me where the plugs are for coolant flush for 2003 xterra and which coolant should I use?

First off, welcome to the club!

Second, I dont think there are factory flush connections. Thats usually a kit you buy, I think Prestone still makes it. You really dont need to flush a 2 year old coolant system unless you have gunk floating in your coolant. You may wind up doing yourself a disservice in the way of introducing air bubbles into your cooling system and not knowing how to release them.

Just fill it with your regular coolant if its low, and keep the reserve tank full.

Is there a reason you want to flush it? Is it overheating? Is you heater not working?
