Those are Torsion Bar Re-Index Keys and are commonly available for Ford, GM, and Dodge trucks. I haven't found any for any Nissans yet and if they're not already out, they'll likely never be because the newer models use Coilovers instead of Torsion Bars.

Here's some Fox Racing ones on the bottom of this pic for a 2500HD for anyone who hasn't seen them before:

I was just googling what those were and from the looks of it the T-bars are non adjustable.. and the keys just lock it into a higher location, ours our adjustable so if you want more lift just crank on the adjuster bolts...

My 1999 Durango had adjustable TB's and the only difference in the 4x2 -vs- 4x4 was where it was indexed and there are Torsion Keys available for it. Personally, I never understood the concept behind the aftermarket keys unless they're used in addition to a lift kit or something.

Those GM and Ford TB are hex so to reindex them is a sixth of a turn. The key I guess would make them reindexable (is that a word?) about a 12th of a turn.

I haven't had to play with that part on a Nissan. What do the ends of our TBs look like? When we reindex ours, how much of a turn are we talking about? I know ours are splined, how many splines? More splines means we have a finer range of motion when reindexing.
