Stupid Question lol but I usually do a monthy mod and my next mods are all the same price about $150, so I need to decide which order to do them in..

I am running out of things I want to do to the X.. I have these things in mind:

Hood Vent - To lower under hood temp and give a nice look

Roof Basket - I can hardly get on the roof, but if I ever need it, its there plus it looks bad ass because there is a GIANT X on the side :)

That rack combined with a Gobi ladder would be kick ass!

I think if it was me I'd do the hood vent(s). They'd probably have the best long term benefits. After that it would be the rack although if the Xterra's your DD it wouldn't help gas consumption.

I didnt know there was LEDs tailights out for the X but from what it looks like, it doesnt show very much light output, and if I saw a real-life X with those on at night, then I would possibly reconsider those, but I'd go with the roof rack!

i say forget the lights for now..its between the rack and the hood vent

And I have a buddy with the grille inserts. They do not look that great. I would try a scoop instead but a functional scoop.

I think the rack is kickass but if I remember right you'd said you wanted one for looks and wouldn't really use it, but I may be mistaken. If that's the case though I say the scoops/louvers. At least there'd be some function

The the rack is 95% for looks because my roof is way to high!! I have a short reach and standing on my tire I could hardly touch the middle of my roof... but I would stick gear up there for camping trips..

Then you'd need the ladder, so effectivily you just doubled your mod budget...then again, f*** it. You just got a raise didn't you.

I vote that instead of spending $150 a month on little things that you take that $150 and save it towards an sas or locker. A locker will take you alot farther that a roof rack. Just my opinion...

Yeah.. I dont know how it happened I was living paycheck to paycheck but with a $2/hr raise I have $1200 left after paying all my bills.. It doesnt make any since, but hell if I care I feel like I am rich now hahah..

I have no need for SAS or a locker... That is too much cash for something I just dont need.. I dont off road enough for either.. I get maybe 3-4 trips out a year TOPS... Back in my Jeep days it was every weekend now wrenching is more of a hobby than Offroading.. I really only put on my lift to work on the X, not for offroad reasons.. I was fine offroad with a stock X haha...
