I saw the price in the gump (Montgomery, AL) for 2.71-2.79.

I hope the station I used last week that was 2.69 has dropped there price too. Wish me luck!

Koob,

The only reason I put in the choice for "over $3.35" was for you! :)

I remember the good ol days in the late 90's when I could fill my car up for 10 bucks. Now it's 60. Granted it's a different car, but still!

In the 90s I had a Civic. I would forget the last time I put gas in that thing.

It just makes no sense! How can gas go from 99 cents a gallon to 3.37! But yet cost of living hasn't gone up much. Something has to give!

2.75 for the cheap stuff this morning, xterra runs fine on it. Gas is about .10 cheaper up in the metro.

Just got back from Arkansas today.... filled up before we left town in my hometown there and it was $2.71 a gal. Had to fill up again in Texarkana on the border of Texas and it was $2.84 a gal.... got back into town here and it was $2.89 a gal.

This is literally only a 300 mile difference... WHY?!??

Since I drive a company truck and pay for gas with a company card, I don't really look at the prices, but polls say that we are paying the lowest amounts in the country for gas. Cool!
