I was thinking it was the MOAB rack but after a quick google seach I found the the MOAB rack and the 690 are the same so yep it is..

I thought so. I have been looking for a rack and I think I have decided on the 690.

Actually I looked at that rack as well and it looks very nice but I have had my eye on the Thule for awhile now.
