I have some crappy lug nuts that I bought from PepBoys and some good ones i bought from a tire store..

Anyways I dont like the 1/2 and 1/2 look anymore so I am just going to order all new ones from summit racing because I have a few other things to order. Does anyone know the lug thread off the top of their head?? Also I will have to get extended length because I am running steel wheels (soft 8's)

go to 4wheel parts, buy some procomp ones, you can select them per vehicle, they are available in satin black, they are all locks, cant be removed with a traditional socket(you get the "key" in the set)
if i recall they are around $30 a set, its what i have on the 4runner(chrome)

damn, lug nuts are not available online on that store..

hmmmm.. color choices I have a silver X with black trim and black wheels but for some reason I still think I want chrome..

its retarded.. i put in my xterra specs and type in lug nuts and it tells me this:

M12 x 1.25 is the lug threat pattern. you will need extended ones running soft 8's.

also, if you ever sell the X and still have the locking lugs on it...be sure to sell the lugs with the car...it really sucks to have locks and no way to get them off...

and its expensive to get em cut off...

why cut them??? just take a socket that is a hair bigger than the lock and hammer it on... the repeat for the other 3 rims.....

Remember I have steel wheels.

Those will work Chris. They have the larger acorn area for deeper studs. Your stock lug nut wrench will still work with those as well if I remember correctly.

And for right now, the lug nut section of the 4 Wheel Parts website is down. But they do have some sweet lugs!

How long are the stocks nuts??

About 1" or so for acorns.
