I have always wanted a set of BFG A/T because the look very bad ass in my mind but I could never afford them.. So how about a set or replicas??

I have been doing alot a research on re-treads and it looks like the technology has came a long way and they are actually a very high quality tire now, plus with these you get a 2 year/20,000 warranty for about 1/3 of the cost of a real BFG... The company says they average approx 60,000 out of their tires with all highway use.. And that sounds good to me....
I do need new tires BAD...

good luck with those. I personally am not a fan of retreads and wouldn't try them myself. There is just something about it that I don't trust.

"Peel offs" are an issue you have to consider with retreads. Check on ebay and see what you can find on a set of true BFG A/T KO's. I've seen some pretty good deals there on occasion.
If you think yours are expensive, try buying a set for 17" rims. hahaha

$$80 bucks for a retreads?? Forget that shit...that is crazy...........you can get new ones for that. Look on Craigslist for people who bought a new vehicle and take the stock rims and tires off.
I see them all of the time here with the rim already attached, for the same price as a just the tires....or even less.
Go to discounttiredirect, on ebay. They have some pretty good deals there and they ship for free in like 3 days

Yeah I forgot about that too. My buddy with a pathy is a big fan of "pull offs". Just like Tina said, people will buy a new vehicle and pull the stock wheels off with less than 1,000 miles sometimes and you can find a good deal on them at your local tire shops.

ok ok lol i wont do it.. i searched craigslist and found a set of BFG AT 285/75R16 with 50% tread left for $100, I am gonna give him a call today!! Sound like a good deal?? I guess about $50-$100 for mount and balance.. So $200 tops for a set of tires that will last a good couple years....
Because I just got my Eco. Stim. $$$ over night thru direct deposit :)

i just called him..
From him directly..
I dont know how old they are because they came with the truck so I dont know how many miles are on them, they were holding air so he doesnt think there are any holes, they are dismounted so he knows there are no plugs.. he says they are half to 60%.. Sounds good a paper huh..
He sounds really sketchy and hick and he is located in the MIDDLE of NOWHERE.. so I dont think I am going to go with cash in hand to view them lol... There will have to be a ATM close hahaha...
But only $100!!!
