Ok so im comin home from my weekend vacation on I-10, im doin about 80mph speed limit is 75 for car's 70 for 18 wheeler's ther is this 18wheeler in the passing lane kinda just breezing by everybody so i just follow him and give him some space.

I do this for about 50miles and get back in the right hand lane of a 2 lane highway it's pretty much clear from here but the truck is still in the passing lane for sum reason and starting to go a little slow so i speed up this guy turns on his turn signals like his is going to turn back into the right hand lane so i slow down and it doesnt even turn?

Ok no problem i catch up again same shit and he doesnt turn so we get to a curve and he slows down alot and my car is still goin pretty fast so i pass him and im right on the right side no car's infront of him and this dick start's blowin his horn at me for no reason and speeds up wave's at me to get ouf of his way and swerves like his going to ram me im like wtf?

It's like why would you not let sumbody that is going faster then you pass you when ther is nobody infront of you and your in the passing lane doing 70 and im doin 80 seriously i wish i had stopd at the same truck stop as this guy cause i saw what he looked like and wasnt anything to be scared of.

There are a lot of bad truck drivers out there but they still need to be respected. I have seen people in cars do some real stupid crap when it comes to trucks.

This is one good reason to have a CB when traveling.

This is one good reason to have a CB when traveling. No argument here...CBs beat radar detectors all to hell...plus they can help in an emergency.I'm actually thinking of putting one in the XTerra.

I always give respect to a person hauling that big of load on about 20 mins of sleep in a vehicle that can make my car into a sardine can in seconds!!
The wanna be a ass you just gotta let them...often they have some place to be more than me just wanting to get home. I've seen enough cars do terrible things to most truckers they kinda get a chip on their shoulder.
Often if you respect them, they respect you. Somtimes they are just too tired and strung up on coke to notice!!

Truck drivers are the best when there is construction and the lanes going down from 2 to 1 and the truck blocks the merging lane so assholes dont speed up and sneak in somewhere up front.

I knew it when you said they needed to be respected.
