Hey, Troy from 'Bama here... Always loved the X, rode in and drove several, but never owned one till now. Mine's a '07 2x4 S in Red Brawn and so far all I've got on her is a bull bar and the factory nerfs. Don't really wheel a lot in her, as I have an '08 Honda Rancher 4x4 FI for that. I use my X to pull my boat and the 4x4 around, as well as camping, hunting, and all the other fun stuff you can do in an Xhttp://clubxterra.org/forums/images/icons/icon12.gif. Most of my mods will prolly be cosmetic, except for a small lift and some tires. Looks like I found a good home for tips on stuff like that. So hello all!!!

Welcome to CX! :wink-big:

Yessir... you've found the mecca of Xterra knowledge and fanbase. :)

Glad to see another Alabamian on here. I was gettin' lonely. hahahaha

Looks like you're not too far away from me. I'm in Decatur. Have you taken your Rancher to that new OHV park in Gadsden yet? I think it just opened in February and looks pretty promising.

Nope, not yet. Hoped to while I was off for the past 9 days, but chores around the house, and work on my hunting property kept me pretty busy (or tired, take your pick). From what I hear it's really a nice place to let loose though, so I will be checking it out soon and post my findings here.

Good deal. I've been planning to hit it up myself but I'm having some hub/axle issues with my 4WD so I've kept my X off the trails for a while until I can get it back up to 100%. I may go this Saturday and just ride the green trails and scout around. Got some buddies up in 'Nooga, TN that I could probably get to come down and play for a day.

Just checked out your gallery. That's a sharp X man! Looks good.

Post a few pics of it with the trailer on your "toy" on it. Show it off a lil'. hahaha

If you have the time off, you should check out the NOAS Coal Creek run in June. Lot of Xterras, frontiers, hardbodies and pathys will be there. I'm sure they will let you file in line with them on your Honda 4X4. It's a great park if you haven't been there with a ton of trails and a lot of trails designated only for ATV's. It's just west of Knoxville. Long drive I know but good camping areas, facilities and a lot of fun!

I'm not afraid of gettin' the X dirty and nasty (I wish I had some pics of this past hunting season). Just point me away from the rocks, and I'll sit back and laugh my a$$ of at you guys who like to crawl ha ha ha!
