what would be the best product to polish light scratches out of plastic headlight and lens covers?

I have used a rubbing compound followed by a polishing compound on the headlights on my Altima, and it made them a little brighter. Look into Flitz. Its basically the same thing I belive but it is made for plastics and headlights.
