where on the front of an 04X do you guys run a tow/yank point? i looked at mine today and i couldnt find anywhere actually usable

get a(some) d-ring shackles small enough to fit thru those lil slot holes on the flanges that hang down, thats what those are for anyway, or you could buy on of those hooks(i dont know from where) that bolt to the frame

I have the factory tow hook which is attached on the passenger side frame rail. There are also holes on the driver's frame rail for another if I choose to add one there as well.

For the rear... no idea. Unless you have a trailer hitch and use a hitch mounted hook.

you dont need a hook for a hitch to work, all you need is the lil pin, slide the loop of the strap in there and put the pin thru it

on the rear i bolted 2 tow hooks to the frame, 1 on each frame rail

Man that's good to know. I was thinking of adding another but I'll hold off on that. Besides... I've got a new issue that has come up on my baby. The clunk isn't cooperating.

i am just gonna buy some d-rings since i will need some anyways eventually...does nissan make a set of factory front hooks for an 04*

that is what the link is for 00-04... LOL and if you use those tie down pionts just be carfull and watch cause they will bend and snap.....

what about something on the left frame rail?
