I can't find a DIY for a PML. I know its not a really hard thing but it is for me cuz I am new to this stuff. I searched and maybe I missed it. Can anyone help?

Hold Up! That's not the one you need! That is to RE-INDEX your t-bars. He needs this one:

That's the one for just cranking your t-bar adjusters. The other one is if you're adjuster bolts are maxed out and you need to "re-index" your torsion bars which involves a few more steps.

I mean both of those threads will work and accomplish the same thing but he said he is new to this so let's just keep it simple. Know what I mean?

You probably forgot Jason but remember a while back when we had a similar discussion about this? Somehow the "Indexing your T-bars" thread got deleted so for the longest everyone just referred people to the "re-index" thread. But James went back and redid his t-bar crank thread so we could show both.
