Are parts like shackles and steering stabilizer brackets fairly universal or extremely specific to each vehicle? Just want to make sure before I start any ordering.

Most are fairly specific to a vehicle, or group of vehicles. Until you are more familiar with the compatability of a particular component, it is best to order vehicle-specific parts, or ask the manufacturer/distributor about compatability.
