With starting to reply more on the site, I have to ask, How do you use the
Multi-Quote button when replying? I'm thinking this is used when you want to
reply to a post that a member has quoted previously with a reply.
Say there are two or more messages you want to reply to but you don't want to have to create a reply to each message so what you do is go to the first message you want to quote and press the 'multi quote this message' button and it will turn red, go do that for all the messages on the page/thread you want then on the final message you wish to reply to press the 'quote' button.
Viola! You'll have one reply message with all the quotes added from the messages you tagged.
So yeah, it's basically just a tag button then you use the quote button. Make sense?

Ok, I originally thought it was for showing a quote that a member replied to,
then if you wanted to reply with a quote including the original quote. Hmm,
does this make sense? :)

I thought the Multi-Quote did the above for you.
I had to cut & paste to do the above, even though I used the Multi-Quote.
Nope, this is what multi quote does for you. So you don't have to cut & paste multiple quotes into one reply.
With this sites message threading there isn't as much of a need to have nested quoting as it can really make messages unreadable after a few replies.
