I know they are out of business I am just doing some reasearch.. I am putting together a mod list of performance parts, and I plan on dyno testing what I can get ahold of, because my uncle has a dyno in his garage :)
Does anyone actually have either of these products??
As for the intake it look like his intake is just a adapter to get a cone filter to sit on the stock intake tube in the location that the air box was.. If this is the case he claimed to dyno 9hp.. Now K&N claims a dyno test got the FIPK 5.45hp.. What is the difference between the SLR and the FIPK?? Can I get a real pic of the SLR version if they have it??
Now the throttle body, is this just a bored out throttle body with a larger throttle plate?? if so does anyone know what it has been bored out to (in mm)?? I am thinking I could pick myelf up a spare TB off ebay and either have it bored out or bore it out myself...
