I used an Oxygen Sensor socket to remove the Oxygen Sensor on the passenger side (before Cat) and there's a ring that the O2 Sensor threads into.. which itself threads into the exhaust manifold.. unscrewed itself from the manifold.
Right now I have an oxygen sensor with a ring on it that I cant get off. I luckily have a socket big enough to fit over it but I'm trying to have a wrench on that while attempting to loosen the O2 sensor from it..
No luck though after lots of PB blaster..
I don't want to try to screw it back in and then unscrew it.. because im afraid of making the o2 sensor tighter within the ring that's around it....
uggghhhh
EDIT:
This pic shows the hole that's in the exhaust manifold (where the o2 sensor)

This pic shows what's going on.. in the picture, A is the O2 Sensor, B is a nut type ring that goes over it, that has threads of its own that screws into the exhaust manifold.. sort of hard getting it off though.http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v724/Masisoar/2-2.jpg
