Hey alright i got a 2001 X my parking light on my driver side is out so i purchased the bulb and went to change it out and when i try to pull of the lamp fixture after taking the one screw of i try to pull of it but it just slightly moves so before i mess it up i am on here to ask if i am doing it right do i just pull it off after removing the one screw on top under the hood any suggestions on doing this easier or anything else i have looked at other threads but they are on newer years so any help would be great thank you

james/soccerbrace figured you can get to it from the fender well, take of the inner fender guard/cover and perhaps a few more items(not sure) and you should be able to reach thru and get the bulb with out removing the light housing or grill or bumper
there is another thread about it here somewhere, though i have no idea what its titled

Wish I would have read this last night as my bumper is on the floor in my garage. You should be able to reach up underneath the bumper and twist the bulb out if I recall correctly.

If James don't answer before I check tonight, I will post something up after looking at my old bumper.

The one that I found out on was the 02-04 before they did the grille change.

well even though you guys suggestions were all wonderful i went out there and just took a chance and pryed it enough where i could get my hands in there i got big hands so it was the easiest thing but the bulb is change hopefully i do not have to change the actual turn signal cuz that is alot lower and i will i have to venture into the methods u offered me so thank you guys very much. now to post the next noob thread lol speak to you all soon.
