Hey there everyone, names Wes. I just got my X a few weeks ago and im located in Calgary AB Canada. I found an 04 SE S/C with 70 000 km and jumped on it because its the perfect ride to take flyfishing. I just put some Hankook Dynapro MT's on it and it looks great. However since i had no other wheels to put it on while i got these installed i just dropped it off at Canadian Tire for the afternoon while i was at work. After adjusting a few things and trimming some plastic for the 265 70 R17 tires that i noticed it makes a little clunk when i steer right and left. It kills me to let anyone else to work on my ride, and im wondering if they could have somehow screwed up anything when i got the tires put on? Im a big hands on guy since i built my car that i drive in the summer hence my name, just wondering if anyone knows of what i should look for? Im going to jack it up tomorrow and pull off the fronts and see if i can figgure this out because i hate noises in any vehicle and its eating me up already lol.
Cheers everyone hope to get a few replies back to give me a direction for tomorrow.

A clunk can be many things, depending on the rest of the context.
Does it occur at full lock left/right, and/or, with the steering centered, but just starting on a direction change?
Is it louder or softer if going faster or slower?
Will it do it parked, cutting the wheel back and forth, or, only while moving?
Will it do it in reverse?
