I run 31.6" tires with a PML and I rub a little at full turn. Also, after installing 3" extended Bilsteins my rear wheels will scrub at full flex. I didn't scrub with stock shocks so if you're still running the stockers, you should be OK.
By the way, I'd do a lot of research on Fierce tires before buying those... Tires are definitely not something you want to skimp on in terms of quality.

No trimming at all...
Also when I plug 265/75/16 into the tire calculator tool in my sig, I get 31.65", not 31.9" so that size should be fine.

I am running 285/75/16s which is like 32.8" and I am running stock everything and after a bit of trimming, I cleared everything.. So I think you should be fine

I also run 265/75/16 and I have no rubbing not even at full turn. All I have is a PML and torsion bar adjustment.
