I am looking for which is going to be not too loud in the cab i hate having to hear a loud exhaust on a long trip. It can be louder that the stock thats fine just not way loud, good low tone.

The Gibson I believe will be the quieter of the 2 but I don't believe it will enhance the performance as much as the flowmaster. Which may not be enough to be of concern anyways. I read recently while I was shopping online that a manufacturer has made a universal cat-back that has "close to stock" sound but all the performance of the window rattling exhausts. If I can remember what it is I will let you know. It's escaping me right now.

Flo-Pro has the flomaster sound and performance, but is quiet at highway speeds.
