hey guys i have a few questions about some headers. i saved up some cash and i was wondering who make the beast headers for a 2nd generation x? anyone got some? and does anyone make a larger intake manifold?

i dont think anyone makes the headers for the 2nd gen......

you got me i didnt do the reaserch.... i found a few links that had nismo.... and 4x4parts has a few that just say xterra headers.....

OBX also makes headers for the 2nd gens. They are apparently knock offs of the Nismo. Both of those have equal length tubes whereas the JBA doesn't. Discussions on clubfrontier.org talk about all 3.

I have the JBA's for the simple fact that they are 50 state CARB legal. The others arent. As for performance.... i really have no idea. I have way to many mods on my x to tell if they help or not.

When you say larger intake manifold are you asking about manifold spacers? WRPerdigon makes and sells an intake manifold spacer. I think he's a member here. The IMS has received good reviews on clubfrontier.

I'd imagine that the SuperCharger overshadows any other mods!

no one makes a larger intake manifold.. you can port and polish your own intake manifold and gasket match the ports, the then bore out your throttle body...
