I am about to install my two inch body lift and before I do it I need some positive reinforcement. I have a couple questions before I install.
1. Is the body lift going to be durable and be able to withstand lots of miles put on it. (I go wheeling every once in a while not crazy right now because I am in school and don't really have the time)
2. I have a garage I need to fit into and I have four inches to play with and I need to know is that enough. (I know that it says 2 inches I just need to be on the safe side because if can't fit it in then I am screwed)
3. I have a PML installed on my car. Will it hurt or mess up anything if I do this lift? Like shock or shakle wise?
4. Would there be any long term problems? (keep in mind I will not be beating the hell out of it just once in a while)
You help would be greatly appreciated,
Jeff Brooks

you should have 2" to spare on the garage.....
as to the PML you are alright...
as to the ? about the life of the pucks.... they should last a very long time.... be sure to post some pics of the install.....

You can do it man!
Definitely keep James' number handy. If you have any trouble, give him a call and he can walk through any part of it over the phone.
It's a bit of a time-consuming mod but you're gonna like it. Especially when you get the first side lifted and you get an idea of how it's going to look.

I agree that James is a good person to reference if you get stuck with something. Then if he is stuck with something, then he usually calls me. j/k james!

So tomorrow's the big day? Have you been PB blasting all of your bolts?
Removed the radiator shroud and the plastic caps?
Tricked two buddies into thinking that you are going to pay them for helping? :mocking:

Those are just a pain in the ass no matter how you get them out. I used a flathead screwdriver and a BFH and drove the screwdriver down into the center of the cap and busted it into pieces. A couple it worked great... a couple didn't work so well.
