We will be holding a meet and greet on Sunday, September 18, 2011. As of right now the plan is to meet at the Tacoma Mall at 12:00 (noon). From there we will decide if its just going to be a "Ooooo AAaaaahhhhh i like your X, lets go eat" or a "Ooooo AAaaaahhhhh i like your X, lets go wheel" either way, it will give us a chance to meet other X's around us and hopefully have a few laughs. Yea I got tired of trying to see what dates and times and places work best for everyone on other threads so I decided to just set it up and see who shows, if its just me, I'll enjoy lunch out with my boy, no skin off my back lol

Yeah i'd probably want to carpool up with someone if i can go. I just suck at planning ahead and committing on stuff. No real point in spending $60 in gas just to drive myself.

No big deal, however you can make it would be great!!!! Plus, i'm working with creepy on a surprise to hand out to whoever shows up!!!!! (nothing big but i thought it would be cool to have something for our first ever PNWX2 meet and great!!!)

Welcome to the west coast, if we don't wheel as a group, I was planning on going to this place I know, its really small, one way in and out, but its fun enough. And trust me, you have a while before any threat of snow, and the usual is 2-3 inches max, your not in colorado anymore lmao

Yeah don't expect much snow on Whidbey lol. But snow won't be far away, plenty of good skiing/snowboarding close by.

Update: we will meet in the parking lot facing I-5, same side of the mall as "panera bread" but all the way in the back, that way there will be enough parking for whoever shows!!!!

So to go wheeling what do you suggest we "need" to bring. ( extra fuel, tow straps, etc.) and is there certain required modifications that we need or is stock ok?

Well good enough tires should be sufficient. I only have 33's and a pml as far as suspension goes. so really just good enough tires, and I've got tow straps. Coolant would be good to pring, or just jugs of water, and gas too. I'm bringing coolant gas and water lol

I have stock suspention, 31's, No pml, i can get coolant and a can for gas, just no where to put it... i guess i could wratchet strap in the cargo area.

if we go to where i was talking about, what you got is really all you need, its really small, theres a gas station just down the road, you wont even need to air down your tires. thats the only place i know of around here, its off of I-5 at exit 116, even a completely stock X can make it, 2WD will most likeely make it too. its just a place i go to relieve some stress. we can talk about it more when we all meet up on the 18th. but as far as the place i know of goes, nothing but you and your X is required

I'm not too familiar with it but I'll ask some buddies about loops for stockers and modifieds. There are some parts of the 4x4 loop that are too tight for my liking.
Of course weather can make all the difference there. If its dry it's a cake walk for even the most on-road of tire, if its wet...

I know they are planning a weekend camping/wheeling trip next month (around the 14th i believe) at TSF in Oregon (again i believe, could be wrong on both accounts lol) it should be some great times!!!! I will not be attending due to being deployed at the time, but definitely check in on the Facebook page, that seems to be where all the plans are announced more reliably. hope to be able to make the next one when i come back!!!!

woo!! this was an awesome first trip! TSF is on the 15th-17th of october. Make sure to get the Oregon OHV pass before you go. (hope I dont get caught with my tabs expired and my YEAR of unpaid registration from the last owner to me lol)
