I have the SLR steering and I am in the middle of replacing the bearings and bushings in the system, and when I took it apart, I came to realize that I think I have had the steering installed wrong for the past year. Does anyone know which way the bearing cups face? Basically I had the side that has the snap ring facing up. But upon further looking, I saw it has the 3/16" tabs to lower the tie rod angles which is on the same side as the snap ring. My question is when I put the 2 washers on the top, does that mean they don't go on the snap ring side???
