Oct. 1 starts the season Bow season here in MI. I'm gettin all jacked up and the Hoyt is dead nutz. Should be playin some sweet string music soon and gettin the X a little bloody. ANYONE ELSE GOT THAT FEELIN COMING OVER THEM AGAIN????

Yeah I do but probably not going to make it out this season. Did you or has anyone out there done any good yet? Post some pictures if you have any or atleast let us know.

I miss going. I just don't have the time anymore. I haven't gone in at least 4yrs. I used to hunt West NY area (Clariville, Ellenville). I owned a Hoyt years ago too. The bow had to be close to 10lbs with all the metal on it. I switched to a Martin Jaguar Magnum with speed cams. I really want to check out either of these Martin bows... Cheetah, Leopard, Moab, Exile, and Bengal. These bows are light weight and short (from 30" - 32" from axel to axel). Plus you can find them under $300. I met a fellow bowhunter at a halloween party the other night and he claims that he dropped around $900 on a Bowtech bow. I don't doubt it, but WHY??? I could find something else to spend $900 on. lol
