Well i clean it and everything and the check light is still on is there something else i need to do

Wait a while to see if the codes go away, clear them, or troubleshoot your way to a different solution. Maybe it wasn't MAF tripping the light, maybe it was. Maybe there is an actual problem with the sensor, maybe not. You having any specific problems other than the light?

when the light came on i got it check and it said something like maf or vaf high out put code p0103 and its running good and everything so i dunno
