Hey guys I got a very very stock 02' SE 4x4..Silver..

I am definitely 110% going to pay for a paint job.. I was thinking of 4 colors. Give me your opinions and let me know if you have ever seen one with this color and what you thought?

1) Matte or a Flat Black, would paint all the racks, rails and plastics same.
2) Gloss black, paint the racks, rails, all plastics same.

3)Canteen green(unsure), paint rack, rails and plastics black(inclding rims)
4)Forest Green, paint rack, rails, plastics and rims black.

Really having a hard time choosing. So far 3 guys have told me to go for the matte, flat black murdered out look..they are inner city kids like me though, maybe its a city thing. What do you guys think? I'd love to see a murdered out xterra..especially flat black so I can get a good idea.

I like the army green idea with green wheels that would look nice! Everyone wants matte black but that's sorta boring imo

My vote is for Flat military green with flat black wheels and roof rack.

That's an interesting idea that I have already thought of briefly..Any idea on what the paint is actually called in the market? I can't find it.

The thing is, I really love the ideas of the military themes because it be different than your every day ride..however..it IS my everyday ride and will be for a very very long time..I don't know if it will get old and ugly or grow on me all the time..I also can't help to think what others will think..I want it to catch peoples eye and have them think 'thats pretty darn cool' not..'hmmm..i would have NOT painted it that colour..nice try though loser'. LOL

Gotta put my 2 cents in for the SBS... ALWAYS BET ON BLACK !!! :)
