How does one qualify for Pic of the month? Do members vote on it? Do administrators pick the X? Just curious. Oh...do we have a thread for all the past X of the month's pics?

It's the monthly thread called XOTM August (xterra of the month). People nominate 10 xterras then a moderator opens a poll up for a few days for everyone to vote. Check out the XOTM August thread

I don't know that there is a thread where you can see every winner, but they have made the winner's into a pretty sweet calendar for the last few years.
