I no longer own an Xterra and would like to stop the membership on this forum. I was recently charged a recurring payment and would like it refunded.
I sent an email to the administrator last week, but have not heard back yet.
Any ideas?

Ban thats just such a harsh word isn't it? Just messing around.
PM'd the Admin about this, keep an eye on your PM's.

So are you not getting another X? Hate to see a member go, do you mind telling me why you sold yours...did you get a jeep?

I can understand frustration when it comes to billing on anything, but I'm sure it was an oversight. I've been contemplating "joining" the paid membership because I have received so much help here; it has saved me hundreds of dollars. I guess I'm with Jmac289GT, why are you leaving? What did you buy?

Click User CP at the top, and on the next page scroll to the bottom where the Miscellaneous section is... and you'll see payment subscriptions. Click that and see if there's a cancel option.
I have a lifetime membership so I don't have a cancel option, but you may find one there.

Well, I tried rjr162's advice. It didn't work. There was no option to stop the paid subscription.
To answer some of your questions: I sold the Xterra last fall and bought a 2003 Subaru Outback Wagon.
Honestly, I cannot afford to have more than one vehicle and driving this beast daily was just too much. Plus, going off-roading just a few times year didn't justify holding on to it. I miss going off roading, though. One day I will be back :)

Well that was my best guess..... if you use gmail search for an email from clubxterra or auto guide to see if when you first setup the subscription if it has info on how to cancel it

Yeah, no luck there. I set it up with a different email and I no longer use it.
This sucks. I still have not heard from any of the administrators here...:lutscher-big:

I know its drastic but you could always stop/block payments on your cards end until you hear from the admins

Sorry for the delay in response. To cancel a subscription you would just log into your paypal email address. It would be listed under your subscriptions. You would click cancel. That would make it not recurring.
If the payment has already gone through pm me your paypal email address and I can reverse it for you.
Thanks,
Dwayn
