Well Saturday came and went while I watched it rain. I had so much I wanted to get done this weekend. Today I was able to pull all the seats out and clean the carpet. My wife helped me out. I also got a chance to test my new spray paint! I found it on Ebay. I knew for sure it was going to be one of these little tiny cans but sure enough, it was a full sized can. I tested it out by repainting the "NISSAN" on the wind deflector on top. It came out perfect. Matched the paint to a tee. Got it washed and waxed. Ready for this week at Myrtle Beach. Going to go down for a business show on Tuesday so I'll be cruising around. Next week is going to be big if the weather permits. I'm going to take the roof rack down, paint the plastic pieces, and use my roll on bed liner on the bars. I already did the side steps with it and it came out great. I'm going to be putting a thread up soon with my build. I've been meaning to do it but never seem to have the time. Maybe I should play hooky tomorrow and stay home. Might get some more done before I drive to the beach.

So to all of you that had anything to do with your X this weekend...it's Miller Time.

Might want to tape off the area of the tubing on the roof rack that fits inside of the 6 'feet' that bolt to the roof. The clearance is pretty slim, so once you have bedliner on the rails, I think you'd be hard pressed to get them to fit inside the feet

^I didn't have an issue with that... but I didn't use thick liner like herc, I used spray on rustoleum or duplicolor.

Never thought about that. Good advice. The roll on bed liner is a thick material and can take a real beating. I tape it off...thanks!
