I have owned my 02 SC since it was new. In fact, it is the vehicle that carries my kids car seats (although I do not recommend this since the slant on the stadium seating makes it all but impossible to get the right angle.)
One thing I can say about the X is it is fun to drive and I cannot stand when people complain about the gas milage you get or the fact you need high test gas with an SC...you chose the vehicle, if you don't like it, sell it and buy a small little cardboard box of a car.
Gotta admit though, have not had a fun time dealing with Nissan Service Departments nor the call centre to try to get problems fixed.
Hopefully I can help with diagnosing problems but I do have a few myself so hopefully it is give and take.

To sorta steal a quote someone else said... if you can't find the answer on this forum... there isn't an answer.

The guys/gals here are more than willing to help with any problems you have. Use the search function for the forums because I would bet any question you have, has been asked before. It will save time and you won't have to wait for a response to a thread that way.

Post some pics in the "Member's Rides" section and let's see what you have.

Will post pictures soon. Havin't done any mods other than adding a trailer hitch myself (BOrrring...) although I have wanted to but the wife commenderes it during the week for my 2 kids-we refused to get a minivan like the rest of our friends so my X is ours.
I tried searching door locks, smart entrance with no luck. I'll go try again. All I know is it is awesome to be in such good company.
