Ok, so I have been searching in the forum and I have read that AC's UCA's are trash (because they dont provide with the right angles for alignment or lift) and to get slr. Well I went to the slr website and it says they are out of business...hmmm. So now as far as I know, Im stuck with AC or calmini. And again from what I have read, both are trash. Whats the lesser of the two evils I guess is the question now. Any ideas?
Also, I have also read I need to upgrade my steering. Is AC also trash in that bracket? Thanks
What I have: 2000 4x4, 3 leaf aal's in rear, 32x11.5 BFG mud terrains.

i have no probs wit my AC UCA's
i also have the AC brace(off a pathfinder though, lol)
no complaints except that the pathy IAB wsa not easy to make fit
if you really wanna beef up your steering, you need a hoohaa centerlink
for that you can talk to bryan smith on(see json3904's post below)
soccerbrace has the calmini UCA ill wait for him to advise on that parts performance/quality

The biggest issue is that most mechanics try putting a lifted rig back to stock specs. It's no longer stock, stock specs won't work.
Get either arms, they'll both work and work well.
Get the mechanic to set Camber to 0° on both sides. Put the right side Caster as high as he/she can get it. Then, set the left side Caster to .3° to .6° less than the right side Caster, and then put the toe to stock.
You'll do great, the truck will drive straight, won't pull and won't wear tires.

If you want to pick up an IAB, check with Total Chaos. I have one on mine and it's a solid laser cut plate vs. the L-shaped bracket style of AC's.
I really haven't heard any bad things about AC's control arms and the only gripe with Calimini is their horrendous customer service and shipping times. I've also heard that AC picked up SLR's inventory of UCA's so you may give them a call and see if that's really true. If so, let me know because I'd like to pick up a set while they are available.
