Has anyone experienced a thumping sound coming from the rear of the X when accelerating from coasting during stop and go type traffic? I notice it while moving under 40mph.

Yes, I have an '08 OR model. I know exactly what you are talking about. How about this for a little food for thought? I only have 2700 miles on mine and it's currently at the dealer getting a new rear axle thanks to that little clunk. As soon as they heard it they knew something was wrong. Only took them a couple of hours to figure it out and order one.

Take it in and have it looked at.

Oh how lovely. I just have a little over 400 miles on mine. I guess I will take it in and see what they say.

I don't feel a vibration but I do feel the "thump" a little.

I did some research on thenewx.org and found about 10 people with next gens who have the same problem. I seem to be the only one who pushed it enough to get it fixed (hopefully). My dealer has treated me Golden!

Does anyone know if there's a TSB on it?

As far as I know there is not one.
