Got my X about a month ago now and started looking around at various things to do to and stumbled upon this site. Yes, I like. Anyways it's an 03 SE Silver all stock. So far learned a lot from reading all the postings here. I think first off I will attempt the PML. Once the tires get a little more worn I will replace with probably some 31's (any recommendations, very new to this). After that hopefully I get the opportunity to wheel it a bit more an see where I wanna go with it. Thanks everybody, great threads.

A PML is a good start for your first mod. But be warned... the mod bug is a vicious little creature and any attempts to ward it off are futile. It's best just to give in and keep on modding. hahaha

Utilize the search function in the forums and you can probably find an answer to any question you have. And if you can't find the answer... somebody here will know it.

If you want to save a few bucks, I'd suggest going on ebay. I got some 31x10.50's for my pathy that cost me 299+S&H. Pretty decent tire, been working well for me. I mount and balance all my own tires too, saves quite a few bucks. I may pick up a set of 33's soon too. Don't know if they'll be for the X or the pathy though. Either way, I'll probably be looking on ebay again for a set of four new shoes, unless I stumble upon a good used deal on craigslist. Sometimes I can find some pretty good stuff on there.
