I'm posting to see who would be interested in wheeling at the Hidden Falls Adventure Park in Marble Falls, TX.

I was thinking of having the run one weekend in September.

How many days you thinking? I think we should do a camp out there...they have the facilities for it ;) I would be down to go! When it comes closer or if this works out lemme know and I'll get the days off and load up the truck :p Lets hope by then I'm slightly lifted haha

Basically if you have cash it'd be $40 for the two days and 15 dollars (per vehicle) for a basic tent site or 20 dollars (per vehicle) for a tent site with electricity and water...I say it's a go! :D

I'm a recent graduate from Texas State and looking to get back into the X scene again. Hopefully I can keep the beast running well and start modding again since I'll finally have a chance to make some real dough!

Is there even a Texas Xterra group anymore? Way back when I was part of SWXC but it must have been '06 since I've been out on any kind of event... sad I know.

I'd def be up for camping and wheeling for a couple of days... as long as it isn't 105* by that point. lol. Need to figure out a couple of bigger mods I've been planning for years before this trip, if I have some sort of income soon...

What dates are we looking at? I won't be back till mid Sep from Iraq and my poor X has been stranded for a while. I need to stretch her legs! Probably need to put some new rubber on her first!

^ Hey if you left the keys in a Hide-A-Key I'd be glad to take her for a cruise every now and again for yah when you're gone ;) New Braunfels is like a 5-10 minute drive away from me! :D Something to think about next time ;)

hidden falls is a good time, we camped a weekend there last year up by the radio tower. you might check with them to be sure, but you can primitive camp anywhere in the park even though wheeling stops at midnight. it was hot with no breeze down in area B campsite and we went up to check out the sunset and decided to move camp right before dark. we had a great view of the whole park and cool breeze through camp. all evening and in the morning. only issue was that the area wasn't cleared so we slept in the back of the X rather than in the tent on the ground. the other people we were with had RTT and trailer tents so it wasn't an issue for them. once you figure out what weekend i'll look at my schedule to see if i can make it.

Sometime in December would be good. Everyone give some dates they could do in December and well see what we can put together! Im heading out there on the weekend of the 16th anyway.
