Welcome fellow Alabamian! :wink-big:

We are few and far between here. I noticed you were selling a 2wd. Do you have another X or did you just join to hock your ride? lol

Either way, welcome to the club.

Yeah I just hope my first response wasn't correct and he just came on here to sell his Xterra. Maybe he's got a modded 4wd too! That would make 4 of us in the entire state!

Well I did join to sell my Xterra but I do have a 94 landcruiser that I'm keeping. Do any of you guys associate with landcruiser guys or is that a no.. no... Personally I like Toyota and Nissan. Somethings I like better about Nissan and somethings I like better about Toyota whether earned or just plain ignorance. Leaning toward the latter.

Since it's a '94 and not the new luxury buses, I think we can let it slide :mocking:

Good luck selling your X.

Whereabouts are you located? I noticed you had the Auburn/Opelika area. I lived there for a couple of years when I went to Auburn University but I had to come home. I ran out of beer money:fan-big:

Oh no doubt Toyota made some sweet rigs for offroading. Did you see the '94 Landcruisers they used to drive across the Arctic? Those were friggin' awesome! Gigantic balloon dick cepek's and this ridiculously huge pre-runner/crevasse rail on the front. Here's a vid of them but I could only find the spanish version but you'll get the point.

If I remember correctly, they use those for crossing glaciers. They extend them out in front of the truck so if the front wheels collapse through into a crevasse, the stinger prevents the truck from nose diving down into it.

stingers are also to prevent roll overs when descendig steep hills, though they dont quite work so well for it on heavy rigs
