this is going to difficult to explain, But here we go:

I am getting a metal sound out of the LF tire, when I go down the road and the tire moves up and down. I have Warn manual hubs, the Axels only have about 10,000 on them and the bearings are snug, . When I pull off the hub and expose the axel end, there is about 1/4"-1/2" (Maybe a lil more) of free play, and I get a metal sound when you move the axel end around.

I wanted to try to get some ideas before I start tearing things apart.

Rear grease seal on the back side of the hub is the first thing that I would look at.

Yeah...and I would ask when you last repacked your wheel bearings?

The last time the wheelbearings were done is when I redid the breaks about 15,000 miles ago. I put in new wheelbearing, Rotor, pads. The bearings are tight and have plenty of grease. Once I pull off the manual hubs and the housing for the hub (Now you see the two screws that lock the outer bearing) that is when you have up to 1/2" of play (Moving it around you get a metal sound). is there a peice that the splined shaft goes through (in the middle) of the rotor, to keep it from moving around?
