did you guys use when you redid your plastics, and what did you paint....oh and....did you use a primer?

i have only redone my headlight bezels so far, and no i didnt use primer i just used a scotch brite pad to scuff up then cleaned off real well with dan dish soap and then let dry, then i applied 3 coats to each the first being thin! Let it dry for 15-20 between coats then there good as new!! Oh and i used less than one can for both

I cleaned them with a mr clean magic eraser and sprayed with Krylon Fusion paint. Worked perfectly, still lookin fine.

No primer. I did the corners, the door trim, and the plastic behind the front wheels.

I scuffed them with a brillo pad and cleaned mine with soap and water to get the mud, dirt and road gunk off of them. Then I wiped all of the plastics down with a paint-prep solution (acetone will work too) to get any soap and wax residue off. Took me two cans of Krylon Fusion for the bumpers, grill, wheel-well trim, rear bumper corners and the plastic corners behind the front wheels. Did not use a primer.
