My wheeling partner just sent me the links to his video list on google and he has uploaded his videos of our trip last weekend.

Here's the links to the vids of me and my X:

(I had a bit of a clearance issue on this one but it was either drag bottom or rake my rear passenger side all along that tree which I had no intentions of doing... next mod... skid plates.. hahaha)

No kidding man. I'm going to do everything I can to make it to that. I'm still keeping my fingers crossed that I can make it to Harlan for the "2nd Annual Freeze Your Nuts Off" run but it's real iffy.

Tuff shot all of those vids and Andy has a few others posted too.

If you can make it to Harlan, I have a cabin.

Awesome. At the start I had originally planned to camp but it was also early fall and I didn't think about the weather that time of year.

Hopefully I can scratch up enough dough to make the trip. I'm jobless right now and the job market blows so it doesn't seem like "having enough time" is going to be a problem.

The cabins are great. Bed, shower, microwave, cable t.v....

How big is the cabin you rented and how many do you have crashing? I'm going to watch the weather and see how it goes. Odd to say but if the weather is nice this weekend I'm going to stay home and put my 2" BL on. I've had it for a month just bouncing around in the box in the back of my X. The weather has either been too crappy to do it or when it was nice, I was remodeling a house.

My main expense obviously is gas. It's about 340 miles to Harlan for me so I'm looking at a total of about $200 just in gas alone and how much would you want me to kick in on the cabin? Like I said, I'm a big iffy at the moment but I'm definitely going to try and swing it.

I just had to add something funny about that last video in the list. When you hear me scrub on that rock... I totally smashed the hell out of my oil pan!

I am thoroughly impressed with Nissan's tanks. I've smashed both my oil pan and gas tank and there are no leaks at all. I don't mean little dents either. I'm talking full on crush dents.

Way to go Nissan! Now I gotta pick me up an engine skid.

Thanks dude!

And all of that was when my X only had a PML and that's it. Pretty much no aftermarket mods at that time. I think I might have had my Bilsteins then. So Bilsteins and lift shackles were the only mods.
