Does anyone have any tips or info about connecting an MP3 player (Creative Labs MP3 Player) directly into a stock 02 stereo deck? I want to get away from the FM Transmitter, can't stand that shit.

You could use this but I its expensive and I don't think it would work to well the way the xterra factory radios are. Best bet is to buy a new head unit with aux inputs. It would cost just about as much, if not looks like your stuck with the fm mod. Its sucks I know i have the same creative mp3 player with a fm mod. I just started burning cds again till I get a new deck.

Hmmm...thanks for the info. Really didn't want to go that way, but then I might as well replace all of my speakers at the same time if I get a new deck, and get something a little more better.

I wonder if the controls on my steering wheel will still work on a new deck, all I have on the wheel is the ability to change the stations as well as adjust the volume. Does anyone know???
