Yesterday at the Shocker run i had a Rubi in my group that lost oil pressure. So i offered my services as an official Jeep recovery vehicle:

I find it odd that you guys hate Jeeps so much. Why the hate? I've owned three of them and they were all great vehicles for me. I like my Xterra a lot, but I miss the removable top and the stock offroad ability of my '08 Rubicon was amazing for stock. I will say that a lot of people who drive Jeeps are douche bags, so that could have a lot to do with it...
Btw, I doubt that 4.0l lost oil pressure, it was more than likely the oil pressure sending unit.

YJs do suck. Especially, the early carburated ones.

I fixed the carb issues... But they ride like Hell... I for the life of me can not figure out how JEEPs and Offroading go together? Sure the posser on the street looks cool..But the Xterra rode and handled the trails so much smoother
Rant over :)

Poor Matt. lol.
Thankfully Hoagie is an awesome guy and drove Matt back home to NJ and picked up his super duty and trailer then drove all the way back up to Rausch with Matt and CrashDan to go pick it up.
Good peoples you guys are! :engel-big:

YJs rode rough and didn't flex that great due to the leafs. A stock TJ (97-06) or JK ('07+) does pretty well stock. Even the base models. Solid axles front and rear with coils and a short wheelbase makes them due much better. You can build a YJ to do very well...

that was very cool of him...hope he paid for the gas in the Super Duty for the help.
As for the Jeepers....Almost all of them think they are better then you and think his Jeep can run the trails better then my Xterra. I get it alot...they have no idea what my X is cable of of what mods I have for her. They just think it is IFS and there is no way it could keep up w/ his heep.
I do know some Jeepers that are cool as hell!
