you dont need 20+ buyers for each light to get the discount, you just need 20+ SET OF LIGHTS then all lights fall into that price bracket

I will start a list and update it until March 27, 2011. By then, the final number of buyers will be tallied and they will give us the final price. Paypal them the funds and they will get your lights built and shipped out to you.

Once the group buy is closed, please allow 10-14days for vendor to process your order and have your order shipped out as all orders are custom made. Thank you.

We are still getting shipping knocked out but should be around $10 assuming we are using USPS. We will update this section as we finalize our logistics.


Warranty
All of the kits have a lifetime warranty on bulbs and ballasts (Hella 500s don't have warranty on the bulbs, unless a warranty is purchased for an additional $10). The kits will be under full warranty as long as none of the wires have been cut and the kits have not been modified in any way. Warranties on housings can be discussed, and taken into consideration depending on the wear-and-tear and condition of the housing.

Local pick up is available in Fountain Valley but you will still have to wait until the buy is closed so they can figure out how much to charge.................... TELL A FRIEND

had a question from th other board about buyers vs sets. Just to be clear we need 20 set ordered to get the discount. That means if 1 person bought 2 sets then we would only need 18 more sets to reach the the big discount!!!!

one question? are these ballasts water resistant? I had a set of hid's in my fogs for like 2 weeks before they went bad because of the water destroying them. I dont want to drop $165 and for them to go bad a month later. thanks matt

the ballasts are water resistant. If your submerging your front end then well you probably want your lights higher anyway. Hope that answers your question Echo Nine

well when i had the fog with the hids they were never submerged, they only had water intrusion from driving on the road in rain. Sorry if i seem like im grilling you but i just want to make sure its all good.

I was told by the company today that ballasts are weather proof! That sounds good to me...what do you think echo?

I am however planning on mounting the lights upside down, i know for a fact 'stock' hella lenses can be rotated, any chance you can double check with your vendor that this is still possible?

WOW!!! just got my first set from GG Lighting. Secure packaging, ballasts look to be of really good quality and are solid Wiring has weather proof connections......awesome! I will get picks up after I install them. I am ordering another set through this group buy!

Also I mouonted mine upside down with no issues that I see. New lense rech seams to have taken care of the upside down mounting issue.....if ya know anyone who wants a set let them know

Roschili - I don't know about having the light clocked at 90 degrees. The lenses cannot be rotated with the new FF series as they have a tab the secures them into place and it is part of the glass

I looked in both threads but couldn't find the website. But maybe I missed it since I'm at work working, or at least am supposed to be :D. I googled and came up with GG Lighting (Going Green Lighting) in Colorado, but I didn't see auto lights.

Im pretty knew to all this stuff but I need to know if the mounting stuff in these sets will work for my 01 Xterra. Also, need to know the difference between the hella 500's and 700's, and what is the best color for the lights?

500's are 6 3/8" 700's are 7 1/3" As far as mounting there are a lot of places to mount on your vehicle. Color is a personal preference. I like 5k cuz I feel its the whitest

I think the problem might be where to mount the ballasts. They have seperate heavy duty wiring harnesses for mounting the ballasts further from the lights on their website.

Gentlemen, please be patient with GG Lighting. His granmother passed away the other day so he has been away from the boards and his shop for a few days. He has sent some orders out but it might be a few for the next ones

Any word of if these have shipped, I do understand grief and my thoughts are with the family.

However it has been 10 days of silence.

GG Lighting was good about letting me know they would take a bit longer due to the 5k bulb being to long. I'm having mine modified to fit the bulb.

I just received an email from GG Lighting saying my lights shipped USPS and included a tracking number.

Tracking number still isn't working. I would think they would be here sometime this week.

When I had HID lights in my head lamps I attached the front left to the air filter box and the front right fuse box with industrial strength Velcro. You can use the industrial strength double sided tape too.

Supposedly he just got the parts he was waiting for a couple days ago. So I can only assume that they'll ship out pronto....but then again that's what I had hoped from the beginning! I texted him yesterday to inquire about my order and I am yet to receive a response!
