I got a winch for it. It's sitting in the garage waiting for the Amsteel rope to be put on.

As I said, I am adding things almost weekly.

My future mods (to be complete before ECXC in July)

Full Shrockworks Skids
Shrockworks Rear Bumper
On-Board Air (compressor under the hood and 4 gallon pancake tank where the spare was)
Wheels (someone needs to come out with 8" wheels to fit the new model X)
33" SuperSwamer Boggers (need to find out if they will fit though)

Then I am done until I feel like spending the money on the SLR 5" lift. :)

It's a 9000lb Warn so it could pull a decent sized rig on solid ground pretty easy.

Musikman, I LOVE the Shrockworks bumper and sliders. Tell me they are as tough as they look. How did the install go? The first thing I found that was a MUST HAVE mod was this bumper. Unfortunately, I don't think the wife is going to let me pop $750 for that puppy. I'm saving some pennies and daydreaming...

The install on both was pretty easy and straight forward. I got them in bare steel and the prep work to coat them was too much like work. When I get the rear bumper I am just getting it powder coated and then Herculine over it to keep the same look.

Shrockworks is out of Houston, TX. They have a web page but from what I am told it's being updated, so some of the info is older.

Jim Shrake is the owner and a nice guy.

The Shrock bumper is awsome. I have been contemplating putting one on my truck. Did you have an aftermarket coating applied to it or is that the way they are finished?

Muzikman

I got mine in bare metal and then Herculined it (DIY Bedliner). Although I love the Herculiner, I will not buy anything in bare metal again. The prep work was too hard and too time consuming.

The stock coating from Shrock is a black powder coat. You can get Gray as an option.

I just ordered the rear bumper and skids from Shrock. I got the bumper powdercoated and will be applying the Herculiner over it.

Well, finally got myself some new tires. Hopfully I won't have to muscle my way up the hills any more.

I just ordered one. He promised me 4 weeks. Lets see who gets it first.

With shipping it was 549.00 what did he charge you?

I got the bumper with the tire carrier, hi-lift mount and antenna mount. So it was some place around $800. But I ordered the skid plates at the same time, so I got the 5% off. My total was some where around $1400.
