Hello everyone. I'm just starting on here and getting the feel for the new X. I currently have a Pathfinder, which is the wifes, but if I'm in it I'm driving. I had a Grand cherokee before the Saab, but it was used and abused which I found out after I bought it. Lots of repairs, it went anywhere though. One of my co-workers has an X. He totaled it and then got another one just like it, because he loved it so much. So I'm just looking to see what can be done to it and how they hold up in general.

yes alot of things can be done to them...... some expensive and alot of others cheap... lol

Welcome! The xterra is very versatile and a good platform to build from. I wouldn't trade mine for the world.

Thanks for the welcome everyone. I liked the first generation when they came out, but couldn't afford it at the time. Now I'm in a much better place. Plus my Saab is has 70k on it and has been paid off for a few years and the Pathfinder just had the last payment. It's time for something new and it's my turn. Of course she doesn't want 2 suv's, but she can get something else if she wants.

I love the X man. I think youll find that alot of people who own one seem to share that feeling in some form. There's just something about the Xterra. Its great!
