Hey everyone, i'm new here & have a question about installing an OEM rear view mirror with compass, temp. & homelink on my girlfriend's Xterra, which currently has the standard mirror.

I need to know if the wiring is already routed & just tucked under the headliner, or if I would have to do the wiring?

they are talking about running the wires so..... Also what year X do you have ????????? 1st gen 2nd gen all that could help... oh and welcome to the club

It's an '07, so i'm assuming it's the same as what is covered in that thread.

i wish i could help but the 2nd geni dont know much about, you might try thenewx.com it is the site for the 05+ but both sites have alot of info........
