Okay here goe's, this is my first post, so i hope i don't screw it up..:-)
I'm going to replace the auto hubs on my 02x 4x4 with manual locking hubs. I'm trying to find a link or diagram on how to do this...If anyone has done this or know how it's done, i would appreciate it if you would share the "know How" with me...

Yup i used the search tool also, still didn't find the info that i needed, the info that i need is " how to do it?"..I have changed to manual locking hubs on my yota and like them a whole lot better than the auto hubs, it's not all about having to get out and lock the hubs, it also prolongs the life of the axels and also better gas milage..Now i can say this about my yota because i know from experiance, but don't know if it would be same for my xttera cause i dont know how thw axels work,,,,

There shouldn't be any difference between auto and manual hubs for these criteria.

Also, what brand are you going with? Would you keep the auto hubs if they were made by Warn?

I will be going with the Warn Hubs, I will prob keep the Auto Hubs just incase I ever trade my X in tho.
