When you get Daylighter clones, be they Eagle Eye or any of the many other branded clones, take care if you ever have to change the bulb or for some reason need to get inside. The rings that old the bulb/lens/reflector assembly are easily stripped when you go to tighten everything back up. You can usually fix that by adding a nut, but I want it to be known that the clones are cheaper for a reason, short cuts on the retention rings and the KC Daylighters come with a 23 year warranty.

You can get clones which are the exact same light as the Eagle Eye for less then the Eagle Eyes go for. The Harbor Frieght versions go on sale for a ridiculous price from time to time.

I picked these up off Amazon about a year ago for ~$60. This is the kit w/out the relay, by the way.

I just put these on a few weeks ago. I havent gotten to use them much yet but from what I have they are bright and a good price.
